Finally had some free time now that all my finals save the easiest are done, so I learned to write plugins!

Shouldn't be any problems. I put it up last night and tested it there to check and it seemed fine. Let me know if anything weird happens, like if it shows the "construction not allowed" notice to everyone at once, or if it blows buildings up anywhere else... shouldn't happen though.

It does assume that it's Egypt, so if the map is set to anything else it'll still be blocking construction at the same coordinates in the new map.
