How many of you would be interested in doing pugs, possibly on a weekly basis if we can manage?

For those of you who don't know what that is, it's basically 6vs6 where you can have 1 medic, 1 demoman and a maximum of 2 of every class. The way teams tend to work out is 1 Medic, 1 Demoman, 2 Soldiers, 2 Scouts while the Scouts are usually the ones who switch to Pyro/Spy/Sniper/Heavy/Engineer when the situation calls for it.

I was thinking we could play with competitive settings (no crits, no damage or weapon spread, set bonuses disabled, weapon restrictions and the competitive maps like Granary, Badlands, Viaduct, Coldfront, etc.) just for the challenge.

Hoo boy. PUGs will keep you honest about your playstyle and abilities. They're the most casual form of competitive play, but they're still loads more intense than the standard Egypt fare.

Everyone who's interested should try it, for sure. I'll probably pop on here and there. I used to play a bit of 6v6 so I can help with general tips on the fine art of pugging, though you may want to go to someone like Draco for scout advice.
