OK I can't remember another Doc as good as Sleeples tonight since Vlad. Either the other team really sucked hard, or Sleeples was completely unreal - I got 3 ubbers in 1 life (pyro even) with him healing me while defending level 1 first point....then he was fucking balanced to offense - pft

I've played highlander with both sleeples and vlad as medics, and they both know what they're doing.

One of the things I enjoy most about Sleeples is that he has a completely different strategy from me for just about everything he does. He does his best work with the Medigun while I'm a die-hard Kritzkrieg fan. He makes the Vita-Saw work for him, while I can't go to war without my Amputator. We don't even wear the same hats. I love comparing notes with him.

Hey Vlad, I rarely play it these days, but I consider myself an above-average medic. I pride myself in the ability to not die. I'll have to rock it during a highlander against one of you to see if I still have my A-game. Medic was my best class for over a year, played it in Egypt and 6v6s and all sorts of things.

I'm a big fan of switching up the medigun/kritz, and not just for the "best" time to use them. Using a strong defense uber or offense kritz is surprising, effective, and fun.

I used to be in the Solemn Vow camp myself. If I have a mic, I feel like a commander, calling out who to attack and who to chase down and who to retreat from. I've been using the Vita-Saw in the last few weeks, which I used to ignore because the benefit comes from dying, and I never die. Smile

Seriously though, it's not bad, but I may go back to Solemn Vow soon.

It's odd that we all come to different conclusions on the best medic melee, and none of them are the Ubersaw (which is a great weapon also).

I love goin heavy with sleeples or vlad at my back. As medic I usually go ubersaw and medigun. Users everywhur!

Massive is right, I had a pretty good run playing medic last night and I have a clip of me doing a clutch uber on him.

I guess I'll also take this time to announce that I am making a medic video with the release date of "Blizzard Soon" so every time I'm in game I have fraps running and hopping I can make clutch plays and ubersaw-uber saves.
