They did this with pl_badwater. I used to build sentrys up on the roof by mid cap area and they just made it so you can still rocket jump up there, but your buildings disappear within 3 seconds of building it. So atat could rocket jump his happy ass up there and noone could build on it. The only thing is that a modded egypt might not get as many players.

Also if you want I could mod this in about 10 minutes, im working on Ctf_CutThroatCreek anyway.

I personally think we'll get more players. The server usually dies when one team gets way too stacked and just rolls the other team a few times. The arch sentry is a good way to get one team to rage too, while not the only way.

I'm not sure who the official decision maker is, but he should give Chronic the go-ahead if we're going to do it.

I was ambivalent before, but now you NEED to put that pic up there.

It would be hilarious in combo with a mod that auto-killed people building up there.

I've seen it happen twice today. Half the folks on the server leave by the time the round is over. When can we expect this to happen?

1. not a cheat, its a map exploit
2. play a different map
3. if tf2 makes you rage, maybe you shouldn't play it?
4. one portion of the map=/= whole game is ruined. Stop being a fucking drama queen.

Poll says ban, should ban. He's hardly being a drama queen.

Apparently this issue will remain unresolved as no one has yet to correct it.

However, it's a clear indicator that something must be done. So if someone is still going to "fix it", but there's no estimate timeframe, then it should be a bannable offense until then.

I will admit I am being a bit hotheaded. I apologize.

However at the same time I feel that no one has an obligation to do this, and complaining about it won't get anything done. I did notice that Pharaoh has launched the steam editor so perhaps he is fixing it, if so kudos and I apologize for my personal attacks.

This is a consistent problem that has come with this clan before. We pride ourselves on doing things democratically, but whenever votes go 50/50, nothing gets done either way and the issue tends to stay open without discussion.

I had voted no, but have favored towards yes due to the hassle.

Had I known how to use the steam editor or the time, I'd fix it.
