That is why. I'm going to attend the LAN party the 18th at the air force academy in the springs. It should be a great time, and besides having a few buddies over, it'll be my first real LAN.

Any of you guys do any events in your area?

That's cool; LANs seem pretty fun, especially if you go with a couple friends.

I've only been to two, though. This place sucks for just about any event.

Here's one huge LAN party every year. Maybe I should go there:

About 5000 people every year.

Ryu Lan is literally 5 minutes away... Lots of "pro" CS:S teams go there, but I
despise the entrance fee, so maybe another time.

I have only had a lan with 4 mates of mine. Stood up 2 days playing Command And Conquer, Total War and so on. I was pretty fucked up after that, and it was pretty much end of my "late-late" gaming.

I would attent these lans, but the fact that after the lan you feel so worthless and depressed. And gaming nerds can be so mean when you screw up in the game Laughing

I might start going these stuffs if I buy new comp for myself(current one would just be a joke in there Crying or Very sad

).
