What? you say. Well recently I found out that this is the evil company that you have to get on your knees for if you want to get hired at any large chain store.

Unicru handles all the online job applications for several companies, and at the end of every job application is a "friendly" and "quick" survey that all applicants must fill out. Of course the survey is very "easy" and "extremely fair" when it comes to judging your responses.

Well the truth of the matter is Unicru sucks dick, the survey consists of 5 questions on every page and 37 pages total, yea multiply that out. The questions are all in a "Strongly Agree/Agree/Disagree/Strongly Disagree" format, and each question is a statement. Sounds simple enough, and for the most part it is. However a lot of the questions are curveballs, and you are forced to psychoanalyze every last one of them to think what they want to hear. Of course they have several loaded questions.

Once done with their survey they send it to the company your applying for with your score, and if you don't get a high enough score you are just qritten off.

The major problem with this is that if you don't get all the "right answers" then you can't get a job at pretty much any chain store. From what I have heard so far you should answer only SA and SD, not agree/disagree. And tell them EVERYTHING they want to hear, Lie your ass off if you have to.

Why is this in the comp tech section? Because I need anyone who is savy to find a list of their survey questions(they are all the same for every store), along with the "right answers". It would be nice to have one floating around. Also if you have applied and filled out this survey and been called to interview let us know what, and we shall try and get a list together.

Bunch of corporate bullshit psychology.....

You would be suprised about those personality tests. I have always been hired when applying for a job that required taking something like that. I always answered honestly, not what I thought they would want to hear. Seems to work for me.

Likewise, though I never got hired at those places, I do best at paper applictations and talking with managers about my wicked grocery experience.
