Sounds like an officer had a rod up his ass and needed to feel superior that day.

But ... I am suspicious of the fact that he was able to record this. I mean, was he just randomly wearing a wire while crossing the border? Anyone who does that probably has a disposition that screams "SUSPICIOUS" to a border patrol agent. It's really hard to make a judgement without seeing a video.
