is 5,9 145 and less fat = more muscle pound for pound

if someone is say 5,9 160 yes he looks larger may be a little stronger but according to his BMI he has less muscle than me at 145

I'm incredibly skinning.

6'1" 135lbs. I change throughout the year from 130-140. I don't need diets, I need a weight gain program. My metobolism is so high it's near impossible for me to gain weight at this age.

Even when I did a year of weight training Mon-Fri everyday, I never broke 140, so muscle weight won't help me either. Confused

Yeah that shit is real man. Been trying to gain weight for years, though I might have finally found somewhat of a solution:

Skinless chicken breasts, rice and tupperware. Nowadays every Sunday I pick up a costco sized thing of boneless, skinless chicken and cook them all, if you get eight or so. Then cook four or five cups of rice and partition them off into tupperware chicken bowls, eat one a day and work out. I gained 10 pounds since starting this in Feb Very Happy

6' 2", 160 LBS.

I'm actually a carb whore. I ADORE mashed potatoes and gravy. Seriously. If I could live off the stuff I would because it's just that damn amazing. If I remember correctly, my father made some mashed potatoes one time and he peeled and cut like some 20 odd potatoes for a family gathering.

Let's just say only one family member got those potatoes.

But they do have some pretty nice taters for a joint like that, sometimes they make it a little to thin for me liking. I like me some lumps but not too many. Something to remind me it's potatoes... mmm.

I have no potatoes in my house, but I have 3 packets of gravy.........

I like mine a touch lumpy with a few bits of skin left in. Lots of butter and black pepper.

Oh and a chicken fried steak from the local greasy spoon.
