AIM virus?

I was a dumbass and clicked the link it downloads an exe and being the dumbass i am i ran it,i dont have a virus scanner so i dunno if it is a virus,also if you get a message like that from me dont open it

EDIT:There is a site called aimfix http://www.jayloden.com/index.htm
it is a virus,and supposely it steals your aim account and screenname,the website also gives you a program that deltes any aim viruses,but i dont know if it did fix it so still dont click on anything that says lolol go to here

ya, while i was highlighting it to see where it actually came from i accidentally clicked it. Mighta got rid of it.

Not sure if trillian fixes it (probably does), but if FireFox is your default browser you're immune.

My friend said ad-aware nukes it, so run that a few times.

I was going to make a patcher to remove it but if ad-aware nukes it, then stop crying and run that before you spread it like herpes.
