Been watching Ed, Edd, and Eddy and was just wondering what you all consider your favorite cartoon?
I grew up on Cartoon Network. Dexter's Lab, Courage the Cowardly Dog, Ed, Edd, n Eddy, Billy and Mandy, Codename: Kids Next Door, all that jazz. Loved it all. Bright colors, mild violence, physics looking the other way, and vague adult tones hiding underneath.
I watched a lot of other stuff, but these have stuck with me as my favorites. Now I'd like to know, WHAT ARE YERS? _________________ http://tf2b.com/profiles/76561197988317087

Those cartoons were starting around the time I stopped watching cartoons. That's probably a good way of comparing ages.
I spent a lot of time watching the classic Nicktoons like Rugrats, Doug and such.
Also, how on Earth did they pass Ren and Stimpy off as a children's cartoon? _________________ -=|CT|=-Descartes

@shoes: SPOOOOOOOOOOOOOON!
@Erwin: I think a lot of parents thought of it as a knockoff of Tom n Jerry, lots of violence but they never really paid attention to it. _________________ http://tf2b.com/profiles/76561197988317087

Fosters home for imaginary friends
That one TMNT cartoon. (The newer one, forgot the name)
Spongebob
Drake and Josh
Yugioh
Tom and jerry
and I'm sure there are a whole lot of others, but I just cant remember them.

Never missed a pokemon session as a kid. Also was way into DBZ, as well as most of the cartoon network regulars. Gundam was cool because giant ass beating robots are awesome, but there was too much slow motion robot walking for me to ever really get into it

Toonami is coming back, from what I hear. Also, there were a lot of Adult Swim shows I watched as well. Cowboy Bebop, Wolves Rain, Yuyu Hakusho, and Full metal alchemist (Probably missing a lot)
Coming to the conclusion that I miss the past a lot... _________________ http://tf2b.com/profiles/76561197988317087

I watched a good chunk of what you posted, Bary. That would be be about the time I stopped watching cartoons though.
However I stck with Cartoon Network, some WB and very rarely went to Nick. However, I did watch select nick shows.

Tiny Toon Adventures
Batman: The Animated Series
Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles
X-men
Spider-Man
Duck Tales
Gargoyles
Darkwing Duck
Chip 'N Dale: Rescue Rangers
Tale Spin
Aladdin
Pretty much the entire Disney Afternoon, come to think of it. I miss the mid 90s and pity kids now. If you think about it, it's tough for a kid without cable or satellite television to get really good programming like I did. Disney hasn't put anything A+ on network in years thanks to the Disney Channel.
