From the interview, I gathered this:

Fred's (2Shoes) apartment was searched without his consent and without a warrant. It appears there was an anonymous tipster who had taken a photo of some weed that was allegedly at Fred's house. (What a dick move)

This photo was never presented to the officer being interview who ordered the search of the house. Not even a time in which the photo was taken.

Ultimately, Fred's house was illegally searched and the officer confesses in the interview by stating he had no grounds for the search.
