The last one usually kicks in the middle of be getting multiple kills at a time, or when someone dominates them and I go for vengeance.

Happens somtimes, but TF2 has been crashing recently in the middle of my games.. suddently everything goes black and "hl2.exec has stopped working" shows up :/
