Good bye to a motherfucking legend

Steve Jobs, you are seriously one of my personal heroes. Growing up I always dreamed about the things you accomplished. Everything that I have ever lived for was inspired by you.

For every time I said, I couldn't do something because I "wasn't talented enough", I thought of all of the people who did it before me with no help. The people who made it what it is today.

I am extremely saddened by the fact that you are no longer with us.

And I cannot emphasize this enough.

However, you will forever live on at least in my own lifetime. I will forever remember you and your achievements and I will always believe in myself because of the path you took.

If it weren't for you, I wouldn't be pursuing the job I wish to undertake. And I am eternally grateful that I don't have to do manual labor, because quite frankly I'd pass out in the heat.

Seriously this make me sad. I am not a fan of apple products, but I still had mad respect for the man. He was an innovator and a truly hard worker.

I've often thought of Steve like a real life superhero. I had always wanted to meet him.

Every time I see it, I just can't believe it. Still in the denial stage.

Steve Wozniak deserves the credit for making Apple what it is. Jobs never came up with anything the company made. He just bought ideas. I could do that.

EDIT: That comes across as cynical and I should speak only good of the dead. I just don't believe all of the hype. Our culture tends to romanticize major businesses a bit too much.

Woz is a hardware genius but Steve did work on the apple with him. Woz simply wouldnt have made the computer without the aid of Steve. His ideas were so radical and Woz was just happy to be doing something he loved for a hobby.

I have mad respect for both of them. But Steve did not just "buy ideas."

It all comes down to what is needed. Henry Ford saw people pushing around carts or they were pulled by horses. He thought, hey. Let's see if I can get rid of the horse.

Jobs saw computers in a massive room and thought, hey. Let's give that to the everyday consumer.
