There are tons of good TF2 videos. As far as competitive ones go I really like this one just for the music and editing.

The Worldwide Heavy Boxing Champion series is good for a laugh. Round Four has the best hits, but round one has the best music. It reminds me of why the 90s were so awesome.

You do aim for the head but if you use Source's ability to make a recording then the lag compensation online makes the recording look off.
