Who should I choose, what are we using currently? I'm looking to put up a small website & forum for under $70/year.

We're currently using InMotion Hosting; I believe it's the Power plan in the business class hosting options, but you'd have to check with Sean to be sure.

However, BlueHost also has an excellent plan, and it's cheaper -- though the cheapest InMotion plans are generally less (however, it looks as if BlueHost is having a sale or something now).

I'm not sure what BlueHost's customer service is like because I've never used them, but the service at our current one is quite good.

For comparing these two, you may also want to check out this, but be aware that some information may be out of date (e.g. prices, also I think BlueHost may offer more than 10 MySQL databases now):
