I upgraded from my Bamboo Fun tablet this morning to an Intuos4 that I picked up at Best Buy for $350. This is the part that should interest all of you artists out there. Intuos4 models can be registered online and give you special privileges which include free/reduced price software. The most attractive one is that you get a free copy of Photoshop Elements which can then be upgraded to a full version of CS4 for $300 through Adobe's site.

If anyone has considered getting a real copy of PS CS4, this is an incredible offer. You basically get Wacom's flagship tablet and a full version of Photoshop CS4 for slightly less than price that PS would be otherwise. I can't stress enough how good of a deal this is.

I've never heard of the Intuos. That thing looks amazing. I know what the wife is getting me for Christmas. Smile

I've been using a cheap tablet I picked up off of woot.com.
