GUN vs CT Jan 4th, 2009

We had a match today with the team at http://www.gunclan.de GUN|. The event was a great success and was very fun for both sides. Four rounds on two maps were played, two on Cut Throat Creek CTF and the other on Prison Isle. CT walked away with victories on 3 of the 4 rounds.

Round 1 CTC
Round 2 CTC

Cut Throat Creek overall went smoothly for us, our side putting up a effective offense and getting away with 3 captures to end each round.

Round 1 Prison Isle
Round 2 Prison Isle

Prison Isle did not start out as smoothly, with GUN| quickly overwhelming our forces attempting to capture the forts flag while our crew scrambled to destroy their spawns. We were unable to recapture the forts for the majority of the round and ended the first round with a loss. The second round we focused on holding the fortress and were victorious.

GG to the very gracious GUN team, was a pleasure to battle. Once again fuck yeah Cut Throats.

Got to try to get my new PC dialed in for pirates. I assume it will be a f-job on Vista 64. If anyone knows tricks (or can tell me definitely it wont work) Id appreciate the share.

Fuck yeah Brutus good to see you. I had Pirates on a Vista 64 bit all the last few weeks, it does a annoying kick sometimes when your trying to load a map but otherwise runs well. Vista is giving me alot of problems with OS settings, especially running some newer games.
