Far Cry 2

I preordered on Steam last night to save five bucks; prolly won't start playing til Sunday at earliest. From what I've seen it looks really good though, has everything I wanted out of the first one, like a unified map. Anyone else getting it?

I'll definitely get it. Loved FarCry... Though i wish they didn't ghey it up with monsters at the end. Razz

i got it and its awesome Smile

but the only downside is that my rig is getting alittle old for these new games...might have to but a new graphics card to turn everything up a notch

I torrented, played and uninstalled it. It was fun but I'm glad I didn't pay for it, I don't really have the time to play it to full. Is the multiplayer any good?

multiplayer is pretty run of the mill. if you didnt give the single player a chance, you're missing out. the tutorial at the beginning is very tedious, but once you're on to the missions the game really shines.

the M16 is far too good in the game compared to rl though in my opinion........far too reliable to

I just want to know one thing. How is the voice acting in this one? Poor plot I can ignore, I just don't want dialogue delivered by Bill & Ted. Those of you who played through the original know what I'm talking about.
