I just found this great flash game called Desktop Tower Defense: http://www.handdrawngames.com/DesktopTD/game.asp

It was even on the Top 10 list of Wired's best games this year.

Yeah this is same thing that has been on Warcraft3's custom games. Really fun and addicting.
