MY Comp. Trouble :/

Recently everythings been running sloooow, my mouse, sound and video all stutter and i've been gettin unplayable LAG . I've defragged, cleaned up my hard drive, virus checked(twice) and restarted with no luck Crying or Very sad

Hmmm, go to the control panel and click on add/remove programs. Run through the list and try to identify each one. If you see one you don't recognize, google it and see if other people have found it to be a bad program. If that doesnt work, you migh consider uninstalling every program you can't identify and that may clear it up.

Have you done and installations recently (hard and/or software)?

Have you added/removed any software/hardware? ANY? You might want to consider doing a system restore.

Oh shit, that's some nasty ping. Fuck that. Do you have problems OUTSIDE of the game?????

Lag is what makes gaming near impossible but the stuttering is in AND out of game. :S

Only hardware I've installed recently is that GeForce 6200 but I doubt that's the problem, i've installed plenty games recently in terms of software...

yep i noticed as soon as i tried playing CS:S when i got the card, blue screen...got drivers off nVidia site. Everythings worked great till now...

have fun reloading stuff after system restore. took me hours (after my little bro thought sytem restore got data back after a crash and did one) to get mine running everything.

try Nvidia drivers that are a rev or 2 back. The latestest aren't always clean.

It could be a driver conflict with Vista also. I know that a lot of people have been having those...

I'm not running Vista, its just a transformation pack to make it look like vista. System Restore is in the Boot Options on startup right?, and im guessing it wipes my hard drive?
