Comp trouble :/

Okay so basically it won't turn on, but the led's on mobo are on.

Well this morning when I woke up I heard a loud buzzing(like ears are ringing) coming from computer(it was off) so I flipped the switch off and on, then buzzing stopped, but it hasn't turned on since.

Okay turns out several led's are out, DRAM being one of them and a set of 4 diagnostic led's are also out. I think the only one lit is the standby power LED

ya i hate to say it, but wang is right, sounds like a bad PSU.........and it may have fucked up your comp when it went out by the sound of it........

hopefully there is no other damage besides the psu, if there is Antec is g2g it bad. So far they have been really helpful, I left them a message and I got an actual person to call me back and leave me a message, along with his office number and his extension. I do have to say that is the best tech service I have seen so far. I have yet to get a hold of him though.

<3 Antec, I worked with someone over the phone who actively pursued getting a hold of me on my cell phone, WTF? what company actual does that. The guy was polite easy going, and really helped me out. Not once did I wait on hold, or have to verify or prove what was wrong. He didn't question the fact, or try to give me some bogus explanation about what was wrong or what I should attempt to do to fix it. I honestly can't say I have dealt with a customer service that was this down to earth. I don't know about you guys, but i'm fucking sold on Antec now. Razz

me to, i have a antec 520w in my pc right now........going to go with PC power and cooling for my next PSU for my next comp though.....unfortunatly, andtec does not have a 1,000w psu Crying or Very sad
