Zelda is like medival type gameplay, meaning you have a sword and a shield and other weapons. But then they throw in some magical items as well. The most famous Zelda games are the ones in which you have to navigate the entire world, which isn't that big. You use your items to gain new entrances to other areas.

On top of all the exploration, you fight a massive demon/monster/boss at the end of every dungeon you go to. So like Zelda: Ocarina of Time = Ownage, as it was in 3D.

Buy it. Play it. Love it.

It's the only game I'm obsessed with. Oh, and now Portal even though that hasn't came out.

Aye, I know about the series - I had a friend who used to play it hardcore. It seemed cool, but not my genre.

the Zelda series has it all - great story, cool trinkets, great battle system, huge amount of sidequests, a changing world, gigantic boss battles, deep dungeons to explore

it's a very addictive series of games, once you get into them

Ocarina of Time was the best game in the series, hands down. Thats how I remembered it atleast. Also there was a link to the past, which wasn't as great but still fun and old skool-ish.

The latest one, the Windwaker, got a lot of people criticizing it. I actually think that it was pretty good, still not at the level of ocarina of time, but good.

The upcoming one, Twilight Princess[I think? lawl], looks pretty cool, and its not cel-shaded so more ocarina looking link than silly cel-shaded link included in the package. :> I'll definatly look forward to it.

for me, the greataes games evewr made = BFP, medivel total war, rome total war, age of empires I, II, III, comand and conqure generals zero houre(cant wait for the next one) regular bf (for setting the groundwork for soo many great mods) sid mire's pirates, and the list goes on........

oh bye the way, i rememberd the other ones name, the one i could remember = link, the one i could not = zelda Laughing

nah guys greatest games ever = goldeneye, stronghold2, diablo2 LOD, BFP, BF1942, BF GC, BF STUNTS, tycoon ( fill in hte blank with any of them) any ZELDA game, SIMS, flatout2
that concludes the list of best games.
