The Lachine Rapids

Today I went out to the Lachine Rapids in Montreal on a Hydro-Jet thingy(cost about $30 per person) for an hour and a half and FUCK was that fun. We basically kept goin up and downstream passin over the waves like 'Big John' and 'Carwash' Laughing

though I did lose my glasses on the last and biggest one called 'Nasal Wash' Razz

now im using some old ones belonging to my aunt till i get to an opticians(these things are 20 yrs old :S ,id rather not be seen in public...). Apart from that it was awesome, like White Water Rafting but with an engine instead of any physical labour. Very Happy

sounds like fun Bob, isn't it a bit chilly there tho? - I'm going white water rafting in August in the Colorado thru the Grand Canyon Razz

White water rafting rocks. It's one of the most exciting things you can do. Just make sure you go with somebody experienced so you don't like drown or something

if you can hit up lava falls and criystal. they are the best whitewaters ever. and lava falls is the steepest one in America.
