My whole family ditched Cingular because our phones kept having problems connecting. Mine actually stopped completely, and after we cancelled the rest of the phones acted just like mine had. We think they did that to try to goad us into upgrading, which we did, just not with them.

Now obviously, I couldn't possibly know where your phone is since 1) It is your phone and 2) You lost the phone, so it's my fault for not making myself clear, I can try to troubleshoot problems people have about their phone that are physical or some type of defect for ex. , signal loss, screen malfunction, something with the settings, etc. or questions about service.

While we're at it though, why do you bastards make me wait 2 years before giving me an upgrade? It's not like you aren't just breaking it off in me on a monthly basis. That's another thing, the phone I got back when I had T-mobile was far superior to this crappy siemens one you guys had. I have 3 phones on that account, I think ya could cut a nigga a break Razz

Every cell phone company is different to the regard of an upgrade, but in the Cingular case, they make you wait two years so you can get a good phone at a 2 years upgrade price instead of just getting $150 of a $350(unactivated price) phone like Sprint which would still be expensive. The Cingular upgrade prices range from 29.99 to about 89.99 on the non-PDA phones for the most part.

Cingular is actually changing the upgrade policy so look for that, it will consist of many different factors than just the 2 year contract.
