Looks like a viral marketing campaign to me. There's a lot of discussion about it though, I don't know if any of you have heard of it. Though, on this private forum I go to, one of the users said they'd "show you the secret of the universe on June 30" (this was a few months ago) >_>

I'm such a wuss when it comes to things like this. I dunno why; it just bugs me.

and let's hope that my uncle doesn't tell my dad about this, or else the computer is gonna be disconnected, he'll tape all the internet connecty ports in the back shut, then he'll lock the computer in a padded room with plastic walls and padlock the door, then tape the key to at least 20 lbs of C4, then pour gasoline over it, then blow it up

(he'd freak out)

EDIT: It's just a site. It's just to get the hype up over nothing. It's not anything really. Just logs and code to throw you off.

Don't believe it?

Take your Computer's time. Forward it 5 hours into the future and look at the countdown. Backtrack it to the original time. Notice anything? The countdown is based on YOUR computer's time. Not by any time programmed into the site.

DOUBLE EDIT:

I got it to go all the way down to Zero. Once it's gone down to Zero, it just resets itself.

Eh? How? I change my computer's time and it's just the same, unless you're using some other method of doing it. Or unless I'm just stupid and fail at changing computer time.

I tried deleting my cache/cookies/history and then trying it, but apparently it still syncs my PC's clock with the server's?
