I haven't seen any of the last hundred or so movies they have remade here recently. There was absolutely no need to remake The Omen. That is a classic that is not to be screwed with. That's like remaking Dr. Strangelove or 2001 a Space Odyssey

i think i bought that movie on dvd a week ago for $7......because it hade the dome of the rock on it, a guy with a sowrd........and another guy with a gun.......i though "wtf? this might be good........?" wrong........

it sucked.......could have gotten a 12" sub insted.......

It wasn't very good. They tried really hard to make it scary, but they failed abysmally. There was a few moments that made you jump, but the anti-christ and his nanny and dogs and christian mysticism can only be that scary. One of the most predictable films I've seen this year.

Besides the ending was to open, I'm guessing they're going to churn out at least one sequel.
