MetaKnight/Kid Icarus as new characters = WIN

Also apparently some other less awesome people.

Also I love how in the video Link, Mario, Pikachu, and Kirby are doing their crazy lightshow graphics upgrades and Kirby doesn't even change.

it's gonna own being Metaknight, I smell a cloak-drape-teleport ability... and do I dare wonder of a stage in Metaknight's warship (don't remember the name) core? oooh that'd be cool, that was my favorite part of Kirby Superstar was the warship

After watching the video, having Solid Snake is pretty awesome too (lawl at being able to hide in the cardboard box).
Of course having him in there also opens the doors for more third party characters to join in in future SSB games, which is great.

Also, in a game where you lose by getting knocked off the edge of the screen, the guys who can fly have a major advantage (Kirby, Metaknight, Kid Icarus (aka Pit)).

zomg I just watched the trailer, Metaknight looks ownage, those bat-wings are sweeeet, and I guarantee you Snake's shield will be the box

and I see what you mean about the high-res transformation thing, and Kirby just looked confused, that was awesome

I disagree if you look at the previous SSB game Kirby was low tier.I dont think it makes much of a diffrence.Also Im excited to see what other 3rd party characters will be in the game.

Another thing is the main theme music is by Nobuo Uematsu,and all the songs will be orchestrated;according to this http://www.smashbros.com/en/music/index.html

That seems to be the general opinion of everyone who only played with other people who sucked at playing Kirby.

I, however, totally owned with Kirby.

Snake is not like Mario, where he is owned by that company. Plus there was that MGS game on the GC.

Nothing except the characters in that video have been confirmed.
There are rumors that there were talks about adding Sonic, but you really can't trust rumors.
Having Snake in there certainly opens the door to more third party characters however.

Another note: There is a survey on the Japanese Nintendo site asking people what characters they would like to see in SSB.
We just have to hope they put it on the English language sites too.
