CPU: 28 C / 84 F

MOBO: 20 C / 68 F

I have 5 case fands and teh heat sink that came with the proc, I can't figger out why my stuff isn't staying cooler...

my new case hase 4 fans, top rear, sidepanel, front, and an optional one in the bottom.

Not to mention the fans on my psu, mobo, cpu, and video card.

71 degrees Celsius = 159.8 degrees Fahrenheit

take the fan off of the heatsink and see if there isn't a nice layer of dust under the fan.....I'm betting there is Wink

What I am wondering about is if I need to buy some more thermal paste. The heatsink came with what was supposed to be a thermal conductive compound on the bottom, but I really don't think it is working.

Anybody got a good reccomendation for a heatsink?

stick a thermometer in your buttox

or just buy something with probes that reads the temp. I got 1 stock on my new case
