Talkey talk about winter olympics. Finland has yet only one medal and thats bronze Sad

From halfpipe. And no medal from nordic combined Sad

Norway is crazy country, there lives less than 5 millions peeps and already 7 medals (more than USA has)

Go USA! Shaun White was the ownage yesterday. Its sad that the Ohno guy went down in the short track skating - he might have pwned the korean dude.

Did anyone else hear about a possible reason as to why Bode Miller sucked? He was out at a bar late the night before his race, cocky bastard.

All I can say is that when multi-minute events are decided by .00x seconds then who the hell knows what happened. Not feeling well = ONLY 0.002 secs loss would be remarkable! They should say some shit like due to the phases of the moon and gravity, or extra flake of snow on their glove. Razz

I cant imagine dedicating my life to a .00x sec difference in competition once every 4 years... I'd be drinking the night before too! Very Happy

OMG please tell me you are not norwegian, hmmmm, I am completely half norwegian. When I run my dogs in agility it's usually timed in secs, now the competition is getting closer so its miliseconds, so much pressure to shave off just a few secs on everything. I am very competitive but try not to get involved too much in it cause I would be killing myself.

I must admit we are currently doing quite well! Should have done better in the women's biathlon yesterday, but you can't win'em all. Funny thing is the country here stops to a halt during the winter olympics, like yesterday we skipped maths and watched curling in stead Very Happy

The strange thing is not so much that Norway owns the winter olypics, but how much Sweden sucks in the same, we are after all right next to each other
