Damnable dad bought me 240 pin ram when I need 184. Christmas present my ass... this is torture.

The worst part of it all is that the music cuts out and gets all staticy sometimes, and then it'll stop, and I think 'salvation at last!' Only to hear it fade back in.

Been waiting 45 minutes now.

booms got the key... ive never had to deal with NE's phone help, but ive done well over $60k worth of bis thru em between various builds ive done & my dads done for work & rmas werent ever a prob, as i reacall, u get an rma # (dunno if its a special thing on the site or if u email support) & ship the shit back & they send out a replacement... one time i sent back a 40x writer that died after a week & they sent back a 52x, no charge
