I know, what am I thinking that someone would get up from their computer long enough to work out. But just the same, does anyone have or ever used a Bow Flex? What did you think?

I've used them before, they're actually really good if you have the money/space.

ive always wanted one too, but i got no space & im not willing to plop down the 1500 or whatever they cost now, but a friend of mine had one & she said it was really nice.... i cant recall ever hearing anything bad about em, i think the gym/rehab center in town has one too

I have one, theyre pretty nice. Resistance training works wonders, if you want to really drop some cash for a home-gym, its the way to go.

I have used it before it seemed really good, I thought maybe it would be poorly made but wasn't. I agree with you fox maybe I should get a wireless keyboard for my bike Wink

Bad idea unless your in the garage a lot. I tend to not lift weights unless i'm around them a lot of my day. Put em wherever you are most. Outside your office in the basement near the TV. w/e works for you
