The first game I can ever recall playing was a side-scrolling mickey mouse game. The first game I played whose title I can remember is Mechwarrior 2

What about you all?

It was some strange NES game/s...
The turtles games? You know these awesome co-op ones. Or Super Mario Bros. I also had that duck hunt game and even the gun for it.
The that kickass football game, where you could tab a+b to do that super kick.
Then I had this MGS game, the first one. It was so hard : ( ><.
And this one really hard and strange RPG, where you were just original citizen and had to fight all these monsters in the town. Really dark game...and scary Confused
But I also had this light RPG, this one was the best, pure gem. You bought all these weapons and collected hearts and so on.
Plus I had The Legend Of Zelda, never found the zelda2(that game is wierd, not like every other Zelda game).
What then...
I remember this sky fighting RPG/action game. And some action game where you were this green little sqruil(or something cool as that).
And Megaman! That game was good, I even beated it once.

I think those were the first ones. I got the Nes with 20 games or something. Great console...untill the PS1 came...

Either the Mario Bros/Duck Hunt combo, or Jack Nicklaus' Major Championship Golf. I remember you could hold a magnifying glass/sheet in front of the Zapper and hit everything onscreen in one shot...OMG AIMBOT

Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde? I had that...I was afraid to play it for a long time, and when I did, I realized the game really sucked.

I also had the ultra-hard original Metal Gear; I couldn't even make it past the guard dogs.

I was addicted to Zelda 3, formally known as Legend of Zelda: A Link to the Past.

I play that game to this day and can just never get bored with it.

My first console was the NES, in which I would later become addicted to gaming and try to own every console made...

Some racing game on one of the Atari consoles, that was the first. Also I remember playing Kickman which really sucked (you popped baloons?)

The first game I played and really liked was the orriginal mario brothers (it was in arcade form the first time I played).

The first game I got addicted to enough to play for a whole day was Mario Bros. 3

The first FPS I beat on my own all the way through was Wolf 3d

The first game I pwned someone in multi-player wise was Doom 1/2 (we had both) played through a nullmodem.

My first all-around video game was Killer Instinct, a fighting game on the SNES. My first video game I was truely dedicated to though was Super Mario RPG legend of the seven stars, which is still imo one of the better RPG's ever made.

My first PC game was WC2 Smile

Now that I think of it, there was some game before Zelda - some NES firetruck game where you drive around a maze to get to a fire within the time limit. Then ye had to line the truck's ladder up with either someone at a window of the house, or in some cases, a cat in a tree. Smile

Comradekil:  so anyway, i wonder how everyone's lives all progressed.. who's in jail? who's grandparents now.. ha life
Drunken Monkey:  and yes....i do miss 1942 aswell, i honestly think it is what drove me to get a M1 garand in real live, and is still my most used rifle
Drunken Monkey:  bots are getting silly
Comradekil:  Sup dudes
Messy Recipe:  the BAR-1918 always felt so good in that game
Messy Recipe:  I miss vanilla 1942 as much as Pirates... need to see if the Origin version (or even original) still has anyone playing sometime
Stealth:  Hello all! Head to the lounge and post a memory!
Stealth:  I saw a BF1942 fraps video of a guy jumping out of a plane and RPG'd another plane. I immediately came here for nostalgia. Miss you all.
Messy Recipe:  I've not tried Sea of Thieves... kinda was bummed to learn its servers don't allow many simultaneous players. gimme 32v32 galleon fights

[BB]Piccolo:  Anybody playing Sea of Thieves?
[BB]Piccolo:  I'm amazed I actually still knew my login. We Black Buccaneers certainly had a special relationship with you Cut Throats. Nothing like a fierce rivalry to make the battlefield exciting, eh? :)
