gents as a group of guys who play sailors (and for some of us who are sailors) i really cant believe that no one has posted shit about today this is a pic of the USS ARIZONA memorial i took after we rendered honors to her going in bound to pearl city back in 93 of all the pics i took while in service this is my most prized one

we need to remember that we are losing the brave folks from this period at a rapid rate take a moment and say thanks to any WW2 vet you may know

I loved Pearl Harbor... Its hard to be stationed there (let alone just visit) and comprehend the nasty things that happened there in the not-so-distant past. Its sooooooo easy to forget just how wicked the world can be.

We had a Knight's of Columbus meeting the other night and took a moment of silence and to applaude the two guys in our group that were in the service during WW2 and one who was there.

The one who was in Hawaii at the time cried.
