Drive is clean, BF2 is installed. Whats the most up to date version? 1.2?

Is Special Forces something that can just be downloaded or does it have to be bought?

you can buy or dl it, but you would probably want to buy it since ea probably has really crappy dl servers

The patch is 1.12....which came after patch 1.3, so don't ask me how they got the numbering system....I d/l my copy of SF, it took about 2 hrs from EA. I think you can buy it for 35 or so Wink

actually it was 1.03 and this is 1.12

I would say buy a copy of SF, its the expansion pack. You get extra cd's that you can use to play vanilla and SF with....... incase you lose them (like taw)

dling it will run you 30, and take a solid 2 hrs, up to 4. I think mine took 4.

btw what is your bf2 name, I soo wanna shoot k9 sooo bad........

So far, not really. Wake Island came with the patch, so you should be able to play that.

Yea, need to do that still. Think I finally finished patching all the other games I was able to put back on teh PC now that there is room. Even re-installed MOHAA along w/ Breakthrough and Spearhead.

Well we tore your server up today, there were a buncha nubs and 2 dwg guys(Quank) I think thats right, and some V guy. The map was kinda big though since we only had 20 players on a 64. Dragon Valley I believe, meh, not my fav.

You missed out though, It was me k9 boom sav taw and a few others.
