Military uses tear gas, or some variant of it. Don't remember what we went through in boot camp. Police carry OC spray (Oleoresin Capsicum = 2 million Scovile heat units).

We had to get sprayed in the face in order to carry it.

Here are a few more I had on my machine. They are more fan films than the other ones but pretty good none the less. The first one is pretty large, but worth it. Its basically Star Wars done like Cops.

Dude, Verizon Wireless (VzW) - it can get 80 to up to 144K and is free after 9 and on weekends. Couple that with your college access for normal stuff and it's only the monthly cost of a Verizon Cell plan.
It requires a USB cable (or bluetooth) from my phone to my laptop. The laptop sees my phone as a modem and dials it just like a conventional modem.
