I've talked to a few of you already, but as of the switch over to this website I've been unable to connect to this and only this website. Things I've tried
- Hard reseting the router
- Returning the settings of the router to their defaults
- flushing DNS
- setting my ip on the router to the DMZ
- reinstalling the router
- changing the DNS to one on openDNS.org

I am able to reach the site by use of a proxy, connecting directly to my modem, or using my neighbors wireless signal. Any help would be appreciated.

Does it work on other computers with the same router, or does everything fail to connect to it through your router? If everything does, maybe try buying a new router, like whatever kind your neighbors are using since that one works.

If you are nerd enough to set your workgroup name to ctpirates.net or even nerdy-er, local domain to ctpirates.net that would cause this exact fuckup.

A fix would be running a local DNS server and creating a DNS record pointing www.ctpirates.net to the ip address (hopefully its static)

Yup every computer through my router can't access the site

what's the brand/model # of your router? We may be able to use it.

Fixed it today after many hours of playing with it. Turns out the mac address setting in the router had to be set to my computers mac address and not the routers.
