OFE! I walked outside and I started to drip with sweat immediately and that's unlike me. I NEVER sweat for almost anything... I've even weight trained and I still didn't sweat... and I did that for almost 2 hours a day.

2 hours a day of weightlifting is quite a bit : P I do a bit of weightlifting, kinda irregularly, I havn't done it in the last month and a bit, but before that I done it quite a lot, used to be a brick shithouse but now I stopped I ain't Sad

Each class is about an hour and 45 mins to 2 hours depending on the day.

If it's two hours, it's a non direct studies day.

For the first 30-45 mins of the class, we'd stretch, run laps and fall in line for roll.

The next hour would be probably the actual training.

Then 10 mins to lug your heavy arms to pick up all the weights you left on the ground.

Of course, I don't pump weights during that whole entire time. I like to slack off of course. Cool

I had to do it for about half a year and by the time I was done, I could bench 145 lbs, squat 245 lbs, and cling only 45 lbs. I hate clinging. So flippin' gay. But I'm weak in general so. Razz
