- everyone works to get three members on as often as they can

, the strict roster rules as well as prelims rules, this is mostly bad because this is midterms time and spring break is coming up next week and the next for most.

I wish I could commit, and I am happy to see others do so. This is a great idea all told, despite my finding faults. Helps the community.

Does one have to have an unassociated admin, referee, or somesuch at the matches? This would make it easier for reporting matches and making sure the server is clear and set for it.

No, it does not, but so many people have admin to servers anyway they can just set it up and go.

Match reporting is solely in the hands of two captains who report the scores to a webpage to be logged and compared. If there is a discrepancy, you will not be able to close the match and must come to a conclusion among yourselfs.

Basically it benefits us all to be honest.
