Is there a flag that is monochromatic...?

Like doesn't have a solid white or black in it but has different shades and tints of just one color such as blue or red?

I just looked at all those flags... I haven't found one that would be deemed as monochromatic unless it was one color (say Green) and then a solid white or black.

I suppose that this flag *could* be monochromatic in it's own way...

You can remove some white to get closer to black.
