I also have this weird sensation of training around other people I don't know. It weirds me out.

I'm not really afraid of being embarrassed anymore - I played Ultimate and looked like a huge fool, but I don't really care for going to the gym and working out in front of other people. Having a few $ worth of equipment lying around my room is nice. I find it a lot more flexible than having to go out of my way to go to the gym. If I get way serious about strength training, then the gym is definitely the option. But now, regular fitness stuff can be done on my own. Plus doing it this way has forced me to be creative with stuff.

I was able to do a good amt. of pushups last week but struggled today. I'm going to re-do Week 4 of onehundredpushups this week on my original schedule and see how it goes. However, I was able to crank out a record-high six chinups. I'm thinking it was flukey - i'm going to take more note of my grip and my form, but I've somehow added a chinup every day for the past few days since I've had my bar up. I used to barely be able to do two, so tripling my max over a course of a few days seems strange.

Ya, the only stuff I do is pushups, crunches, and chinups.

I have a bar in my garage, it is easy just to do a couple sets when I think about it rather than plan and attend a gym.

lol, 67" 155 lbs, all mussel, though most of it in in my legs, some in back chest and stomach though.

need to take a naked pic of me beside my fridge some time though......


any way, as for how i keep in shape, well, running a minimum of 3 miles a day before work helps, then caring 120 lbs of stuff on your back and making a very quick paced 15 mile walk once a month cant hurt either (not counting your knees and feet that is) a quarter mile obstacle coarse is also great once a week. live fire team rushes in full gear not only keep you in shape, but also give you a nice adrenaline rush in the process, all of these things i highly recommend

as for my diet, if its not water, milk, or beer (in order from least to most consumed) then i wont drink it. as far as food goes, pretty much what ever i want. mostly ramen noodles and red meat though

diet has been the same for over 3 years now and my wait never fluctuates more than 5 lbs over a year. actually been gradually loosing wait the last 2 years though
