I despise LGs.... the highest volume is like the lowest volume on my radio. I have to be in COMPLETE silence to even be able to strain to hear people.

Yea... I'm just about to buy a new phone.

I see, yeah there are certain makes of phones that do not have good volume at all, especially when you need it, if it bugs you that bad, use speakerphone more often or get a headset with volume control and see what that does for ya:)

And I know you hate LG's but if you are going to upgrade get the LG VX8000,8100 or up, they are sweet phones:)

i don’t have any problems yet..........but that is because i don’t have a phone. i wish to change this.

what i am looking for is a razor with some type of plan with verison that i can have free calls to family under the same company, and also have a cellular modem for me comp.

another thing, is there any chance bfp will be playable on a cellular modem connection?

also, it would be preferable if the connection from the modem to the comp was Ethernet.

also, a rough idea of how much this would all cost me?

ps, this will allow me to play bfp in a few weeks if i can get all this Very Happy

First, There is a great deal at RadioShack for Cingular Wireless, and you can get a razr for 99.00 dollars with a two year contract and they have great plans that include roll over minutes, free nights and weekends, and free mobile to mobile to any Cingular customers. And your unused minutes each month rollover for a 12 month period.

And I don't think Bfpirates will e able to play on that speed, you could try but major lag.

I would reccomend getting cable internet for bfpirates for best perfromance:)

If you get a RazR make sure you get insurance for it, no question about it, they break as easy as a porcelin doll, huge exaggeration, but they do break, yet they are Really nice to have.

If you don't get insurance you will get boned into buying another for 400$ if you want to get insurance on that one, or 250 on e-bay.

hmm i will think about that, thanks. as to the phone company, i was only wanting to go with version because of the free family calling........calls from Iraq, California, random other places around the world to Virginia can add up.

and yes i would very much like to have cable internet, but in the marine corps that is not always an option. i already have a cable modem, and am going to get a tvt on Monday, but i don’t have a cable outlet in my barracks here, and i don’t think i will in Iraq either. i may not be able to play bfp, but at the very least, i can look at unfiltered porn, visit this site whenever i want, holla at my bitches, extra.

i am also thinking about getting a web cam i found on newegg for $40

if you have any other information you think might save me some paper, or some problems, im all ears.

btw i went off topic on purpose this time to give you a better idea of all i might be using it for.

Yes! I cannot stress that enough, get insurance! It is well worth it. Working in the industry, you see alot of angry people because they lost their phone and they didnt get the insurance cause they thought it was too expensive, well, you dont think its too expensive when you have to pay 200 plus dollars for a new phone when all you had to do was pay a 30-50 dollar deductible and get a new phone fed ex overnight, so you see, its worth the insurance, hope this helps:)
