Replay on the servers?

Replay! Why not?

I don't know anything about it, if it eats up bandwidth or anything, and I've never ever made a video before.

If there's a good reason we shouldn't, I guess I can learn how to Fraps or something, but I like Replay's no-HUD view for some things, and camera angles and blah blah blah.

GIVE PHARAOH YOUR OPINIONS.

I would love it if we had replay, it's like Tru said to me one time in a chat: Whenever you get the good kills, you're never able to record them. I understand if we don't have it though.

It takes up a slot in the server if I'm not mistaken. And anything over 24 used to make TF2 send a warning about gameplay, might discourage some people from playing. Also, that might take us out of random peeps joining.

Let's get some facts on the subject and do our best to implement it. Replays are fucking sweet and people love them. Will bring more peeps to the server.

I am all for having replays, they are awesome and often do way more justice for a kill then just a screen recording.

I don't have whole lot of knowledge on the subject, but I do think Bary is right about replay needing it's own slot.

We had this discussion earlier, as long as reserved slot, and we never came to a conclusion because both require extra slots. Now 2 extra slots is more expensive its true, but many people have offered to donate for reserved slot (like half of das) so it could make things cheaper in the end. If we get one, we should get the other. Package deal gets shit done

It's true, that having replays on the server will definitely help with getting random derps into the server.

I would love to donate, for my own purposes of entertainment, hehe replays of how many times i can get away with taunting people after ive killed them and i guess everyone else is agreeing on this.
