Do you think we could get a Highlander Team of 9+ together?

tf2 lag compensation is pretty good, but it does start to break down between 100 and 150 ms. It's the euro league, but there seems to be some american interest, so their might be some stateside servers. Are our euro guys good snipers and scouts?
