Best Browser?

I've been having problems with Firefox 2.0 (which I reaally like) lately and started using Opera with suprisingly good results. I do miss my Firefox Addins - like the built in FTP client, etc. though. What say you?

Opera has its perks but I'll always choose Firefox over it. The StumbleUpon addon is too good to lose. I also hear Firefox 3 is gonna be great.

I use Opera now and then, but always miss my Firefox addons. Otherwise there's nothing wrong it. If there's a worse browser than IE, it's Netscape.

I use firefox and I rarely get popups.

For macs, Safari is the best brower I have ever seen. Awesome addons (from the ones I have found), incredibly fast and absolutely no pop ups. Ever.

The popus are probably because no one takes the time to code them for the mac. xD

I really like firefox's utility though. It's seems very user friendly. =D

Firefox, no question.

I used to use Avant browser, which was basically an overlay of IE that made it actually worth something, but it was too buggy.

I've never tried Opera. Does it still cost $$? If so, Firefox > Opera just on that.

I use FF and Opera mostly. I use IE as a backup when those fails. It is like my backup hitter and it usually gets through whatever the weirdness is so IM glad Ive got that too.

I only use FireFox on my personal computers. I have to use IE on the work computer only because I'm not allowed to download something different.

Same here, apparently there are still web designers / coders who have no clue that there are other browsers, or don't give a rat's a$$. There is even a stand alone IE that is run from a folder (non-installed), so if you break your IE as I did on one system, it can still be run.

I always test in all of the above browsers before launching, but I design to standards. IE has the most quirks that take special fixes to get around, what a major pain it can be. Firefox almost always gets it right.
