By some random awesome power of god, they sent us Guitar Hero 2 on pre-order a day early. It fucking rocks. It seriously blows the pants off the first, which is hard.

I don't have much other purpose of this thread rather than to gloat and discuss. Now that im done gloating, who here plays Guitar Hero Very Happy

I played it nearly every day until comrade went and took it somewhere Sad

so I'm waiting for him to get the next one, which he probably will, since there's a Dethklok song on it, and Metalpocalypse is the best show about a fictional band EVER

You're so lucky!

I thought GH was pretty fun; I like music games. "Even Rats" is my favorite song in it.

And I don't think I'll ever be able to 5-star Expert "Freebird", mostly because I can't fucking stand that song.

I'm really glad they actually put metal on the thing, seeing as it is ridiculusly hard. One of my roommates plays GH1, I don't though I just sing and jam to my massive collection.

On another note he seems to think he can actually play the guitar just because of the game, I told him I would pay him $100 if he could play any of the songs on there on a real guitar, he declined.

Sweet game though.
