It's a virtual keyboard. The lazer projects down on the desk's writing area. Of course it has to be a flat surface, but I'm anxious to see how this thing works. 0.0

Always thought they were incredibly cool but incredibly gimmicky. I remember 5th grade computer class we did typing exercises on flat laminated mock keyboard sheets. It was exceptionally awkward, probably due to my early tendencies to pound the keys as I type at a ridiculous speed.

xD Well my stepmom is gonna deliver it to my house sometime. Dunno when. But I'll hook it up and let ya know about it. As for me, I LOVE flat keyboards. Those little ramps that are behind most average keyboards that make the keyboard angled are put away.

I dun really like an angled keyboard and no idea why :/

But, the only problem I see with this keyboard, is the location of the keys. The bumps for the J and F keys to tell you where your hands should be. And you know that you've pressed the key when you feel it pressed. So it could be awkward ;/

That thing is tight! I don't think i would have too much trouble changing to something like that since the keyboard I have now (EL-715) is already flat as a pancake. Let us kno how it does with games!

No, it's not the actual "flatitude" that bothered me, it was literally the awkwardness of not actually pressing in keys and just mashing on a completely even surface.

Although, I think that other keyboard that was posted would be cooler. That one that has the little dots and can change characters etc.

I saw that keyboard you're gettin on The Gadget Show and it looks and works pretty well if i remember correctly plus that Optimus keyboard looks awesome.
