Have you tried running anything esle? Do you ever have any other troubles? I had an issue with BF1942 and the nvidia raid drivers as soon as I disabled them it worked, it was after an update

I tried all my games that use a CD, and none of them work right...it does the same thing it does with BF, the screen is all distorted. I even went thru every single driver I have and tried to update them all...

I had a 4200 that looped itself, it would display regulasr windows stuff, but nothing 3D driven such as games.....you need a new card, Bunny Crying or Very sad

Anybody got a spare card just sitting around? I had a 440MX I would have sent you, but I just built a little file server using it.

What about those other games you play, Bunny? I know you play Maplestory and some others right? Those games don't use a CD and those work fine? Maybe the CD Drive has something to do with it?

exactly, so why don't you try cleanin out the CD drive / downloading a no-cd patch for good ol' BF42 just in case?
