omg... I went to my school computer and looked at the picture and i can totally see what you guys are talking about... WTF... lol the pictures is blended well and every thing at my home computer I wonder why? could it be because my home monitor is darker?!?! i dont know.. heh

dont listen to slutter, open space is good, if you cram shit everywhere, ppl get tired looking at the thing, its fine, just make the text red/orange/yellow & itll pull the thing together

if you really wanted to be tricky, you could figure out a way to get a metallic stroke around the text too, thatll pull the shield thing in quite well

Bleh. The only thing I told him to add was a Tag, which would look hot, and to fade the black BG just a tad, then crop on both sides which would Have it blend into the rest of his webpage........

The big thing I noiticed is that you left the whole massive serpent thing that's in the portal out of your design... why would you do that if with your clan name being what it is?

i duno there peachy, both texts there seem unfitting

the green is COMPLETELY out of color scheme not counting the little green guy in the left circle it doesnt fit all taht well

the Darker text by peachy doesnt fit the purpose of a banner all that well. a banner should display your title and purpose very clearly. your title is serpents something, and yourpurpose is world of warcraft. i can see the Warcraft, yet the world of is really tiny above it, yet these days you can probably infer that but it is the text that seems weak, you cant read it well iin the darker portion of the banner. and the text on a banner is usually the most important part to me

get the triple rust text style, it will looks much better than just just a simple gradient, i would say to go for the orange rusty one but then change the color, lighten it, maybe do some dodging or soemthign to make it lighter and bring it out form the rest of the image

the background seems tobe lacking everywhere. the top little rectangle that spans horizontally shouldnt have anythign overlapping it unless it is mall and it is just to show a bit of depth. But i see alot of dead space that should be filled, but not with indivisual images like before, i say you sor of create alot of that fake grungy meshy stuff, and have the indivisual images stand out from that, and it will make the whole thing flow alot more, yet the shield on the right should stand on top of all else though cause it has that sort of symbolic importance. but dont over do the random grungy chaos, cause everyone does that, seriopusly look at any forum and everyones sig looks exactly the same. way too much random grunge and then some anime cahracter or something along those lines. try to make it unique, add a touche of d1rt that no one else would.

like peachy did, do somethign ith those 2 statuyes, in the orginal it looks like the head of the one on the right is cut off or somthing and that just looks goofy. maybe just enlarge it like peachy did, but not as much just a bit more, move it down so you can see his head but also see that door or wahtever it is, and then try to connect the left side to behind the circle with the orc in it with some randomness, and then do like peachy did and have just a little bit be overlapping the top horizontal rectangle.

do something about all of the dead space inbetween, the right statue and the shield, im unsure hwat you could do but do somethign epic

maybe an idea for the randomness to fill in the gaps, find a texture of an old egyptian looking wall of sorts and use layer styles to make it look like there are sort of drawings all over the walls of WoW, but put alot of them so it looks random, but make sure to turn down the opacity so it isnt all overdone and it doesnt steal the purpose of the image form the 3 actual images and the rectangle
