Your rigth in there.

Its same in every game. No matter what game, all you need to be good is playing longer than others.
Thats why some new player can become better than one who has played for year. Because all you need to do is play more hours in weeks.

One thing i dont like about fps games, is that everyone looks scores. Yes, i look scores too.
But this kills the teamwork and tactics. Everyone is only trying to get best kill/death ratio.
People dont care does their team lose or win, just that their kill/death ratio is good.

Removing the scoreboard and scores would help people to work together, but this would also take away the competion between players.

And my point is...bleh. Im too tired so i just write something...random thougths.

I just play for fun - here are the ways I have fun in FPS:

Kill
Be Killed (i do this often)
Kill in a funny way
Be annoying without being a dick (fine line sometimes)
Have friends in game and make it your only goal to kill them (ref: Axe)
Whore once in a while
Team work - esp in CTF
Whore from Bloons as much as you can cuz everyone hates em
Getting top score sometimes is fun

Well, there now, Massive is gettin an itch to play a bit again, maybe I will join in some night soon....cya
