Great reviews all around and that's the best price I found on it. I'm ordering it ASAP.

Might grab one of these puppies too:

man, a warning about the wireless, they suck for gaming...when you stop moving it, it shuts down then there is a slight delay before it registers movement again

You serious? I have heard of "lag" issues, but with the higher end mice they are apparently non-existant. Can Supa or Jabber comment on this?

i have a wireless mouse/keyboard combo from logitech (it's not on their website anymore, it's a few years old), and it ran great. i had some issues with the keyboard and the mouse shipped with the wrong voltage batteries (logitech admits they do this to save money), but overall it was good.

never had any problem with the wireless aspect of my stuff, it's always ran completely smoothly.

Dude Wang wireless mouse for gaming suck. My neighboor has a logitech wireless mouse and it dies all the time. So I dont recommend you that. And the thing to use 1 monitor for 2 PC's is a dandy. SaiTou has it, cause hes dad repairs computers and it an awsome adittion. Very Happy

I have heard high-end wireless mice are fine if MADE FOR GAMING. Otherwise they suck.

Do NOT get the Nostromo... Worthless. I even did a hardware mod to mine and it STILL sucked. It will not work with Pirates unless you use the hot keys to move instead of WASD - but then what's the point? Confused Thumbpad just dont cut it for Pirates. Trust me...

i got the nostromo, while i wouldn't call it worthless, i think it's more suited to games where you have an immense amount of stuff you can press buttons for. for example planetside. if anyone's played, you know there's a lot of shortcuts for windows and stuff (pretty much like every mmo). for games like that, the speedpad is great. it owned especially for planetside since not only is that game an MMO, it also requires skill to play well, and fast reaction times are a must.

for FPSes, eh it's not as necessary, since all you really have are jump/crouch/sprint/change weapons/prone/zoom/fire/alt fire, and a regular keyboard does the job nicely.

Yeh, you're probably right. I had some great reason I wanted to buy it though. Shame, I totally forget now. I was going to make some uber leet macro to do some uber annoying task. God damn I forget what it was!

I got both products just today. The headset is fucking gold. Best headset ever. I need to get a 3M hook strip and put it on my monitor to hold up the headset now Smile They gave me 120M of SkypeOut credit!!! w00t!

The KVM switch is nice, but they didnt give a MIR and I'm pissed.
